Desai has created and commercialized IT enabled business and technology innovations for about thirty five years. He has managed ideation, intellectual property and business development related functions for emerging technologies. He has been advising start up businesses for the past ten years. He is presently architecting Singapore Management University's Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and hopes to help create scalable companies offering technology based solutions. Dr. Park previously served as a Judge on the Seoul District Court of Republic of Korea. He served as legal advisor for the Korean Financial Supervisory Commission to help restructure failing financial institutions and companies after the 1997 financial crisis and advised the Restructing Working Group comprised of officials of the Ministry of Finance and Economy, the Bank of Korea, and the World Bank. He also advised the Korean delegation to the OECD with respect to the OECD Convention on International Corruption and represented the Korean government in the 1997 Paris OECD Convention negotiations and drafted anti-corruption legislation.
Dr Park is a member of the ICSID Panel of Conciliators of World Bank and an arbitrator with the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and Singapore International Arbitration Centre and a Fellow with Australian Center for International Commercial Arbitration. He is a member of the Korean and New York Bars. He holds an LL.M and J.S.D. from the New York University School of Law, an M. Jur. and B. Jur from the Seoul National University School of Law.

Keum-Sub Park

clients in dispute resolution on environmental matters including arbitrations and domestic litigation. Major
companies represented in environmental matters include Columbia Chemicals Corporation, Ford Motors,
Yamato Steel, Daewoo Electronics, Alhstrom Korea, Indigo, Seongbo Industries, Morgan Stanley, Goldman
