Mr. Narayanan focuses on a broad range of IT, outsourcing, employment, technology, data protection, intellectual property, telecommunications and entertainment law matters, and his practice includes both litigation and commercial/transactional advice in these areas.  He has significant experience in drafting telecommunications, data center and related contracts, advising on trade secrets and data protection in India, advising on protection of confidential information at the employee and corporate level, and financing transactions of telecommunications and technology companies.

Some of his clients include, Philip Morris, Wells Fargo Bank, 1st Financial Bank, Charles Schwab, Morgan Stanley, UBS AG, Hitachi Metals, Telekom Malaysia, Thomson, Apollo Management L.P., and Genting Group, Malaysia.

Mr. Narayanan has spoken in a number of Indian and international forums on these subjects, including at seminars held by PLI and ATLAS Legal in the US, and has also published several articles.

Dr. Park previously served as a Judge on the Seoul District Court of Republic of Korea. He served as legal advisor for the Korean Financial Supervisory Commission to help restructure failing financial institutions and companies after the 1997 financial crisis and advised the Restructing Working Group comprised of officials of the Ministry of Finance and Economy, the Bank of Korea, and the World Bank. He also advised the Korean delegation to the OECD with respect to the OECD Convention on International Corruption and represented the Korean government in the 1997 Paris OECD Convention negotiations and drafted anti-corruption legislation.

Dr Park is a member of the ICSID Panel of Conciliators of World Bank and an arbitrator with the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and Singapore International Arbitration Centre and a Fellow with Australian Center for International Commercial Arbitration. He is a member of the Korean and New York Bars. He holds an LL.M and J.S.D. from the New York University School of Law, an M. Jur. and B. Jur from the Seoul National University School of Law.

As part of M&A transactions, Mr. Park has advised on issues, among others, of air, water quality, soil contamination, noise, vibration, hazardous substances, waste management, use of ground water, and environmental safety management at commercial and industrial sites. Mr. Park also has extensive experience in representing clients in dispute resolution on environmental matters including arbitrations and domestic litigation. Major companies represented in environmental matters include Columbia Chemicals Corporation, Ford Motors, Yamato Steel, Daewoo Electronics, Alhstrom Korea, Indigo, Seongbo Industries, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and Gazprom Marketing & Trading.

Mr. Park received his LL.B. from Seoul National University and LL.M. from University of Minnesota. He also worked as a foreign attorney at Nishimura & Partners (now Nishimura & Asahi) in Tokyo, Japan. He has lectured at the Judicial Research and Training Institute at the Supreme Court of Korea on CER trading and CDM projects in Korea. He is admitted to the Korea and New York Bars.
