Jeffrey Robert Holt

Jeffrey Robert Holt is currently employed as senior international counsel for Saipem SA, the French subsidiary of the Saipem Group, a major oil and gas contractor. He advises Saipem’s onshore and offshore business units on a broad range of legal issues principally in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Michael Hwang

Michael Hwang SC was educated at undergraduate and postgraduate levels at Oxford University. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 1968, when he joined Allen & Gledhill, now Singapore’s largest law firm. He became a partner in 1972 and retired from the firm at the end of 2002 after serving as Head of its Litigation and Arbitration Department for 10 years.

Rajan Govil

Rajan Govil joined the IMF-Singapore Regional Training Institute (STI) in July 2007 as an International Consultant Economist. Mr. Govil has worked with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) earlier from 2001-2006. He worked with the Middle East and Central Asia Department of the IMF in Washington, D.C. from 2004-2006 and at the STI in Singapore from 2001-2004. He was a Visiting Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in India from July 2006 to July 2007. Before joining the IMF in 2001, Mr. Govil worked with HSBC for five years as an economist for Asia ex-Japan. He obtained his Ph. D. in Economics from Vanderbilt University, U.S.A. in 1996.

Helena Huang focuses on the expansion of Kirkland's global private equity practice in Asia and the continued development of the Firm's China-related restructuring practice. Since relocating to the Hong Kong office in early 2008, Helena has represented China Investment Corporation, Warburg Pincus, Bain Capital, MKW, GTCR, Pacific Assets, Sun Capital Partners and other private equity funds in their worldwide investment transactions. Helena has also represented a number of private equity funds and hedge funds, including Oaktree Capital Partners and a former Bear Stearns private equity fund, in their global acquisitions and dispositions of distressed businesses and assets in the Greater China region and their restructuring transactions of underperforming portfolio companies.

Agustina Supriyani Kardono

Allen Kerton

Allen Kerton is President and Managing Director of the Singapore, Bangkok and Bali offices of Belt Collins International. His expertise is in master planning and landscape architectural design.

He has lived and worked in Asia for over 22 years and has extensive international deign experience on a diverse range of resort planning, landscape architectural and urban design projects, in more than 30 countries worldwide.

During his more than 19 years with Belt Collins International, he has worked on the design of many of Asia’s landmark hotel and resort developments, in a diverse range of geographic locations and environments. He has a strong commitment to the use of environmental and cultural sensitivity as a key principle in the design process.

Allen is a landscape architecture graduate from The University of Greenwich, London and a registered landscape architect in The United Kingdom.
