Paul FreemanPaul Freeman specialises in, disaster management, liability/catastrophe claims handling, satellite launch and in orbit policy coverage opinions and advising on regulatory issues. Having lived and worked in Asia and Australia for some fifteen years, Paul undertook a significant role in the strategic and tactical management of large scale casualty claims for various airlines on behalf of airlines and insurers. Arising out of a number of high profile cases, he has handled a variety of legal matters, many on a multi-jurisdictional basis. Paul is a qualified arbitrator and mediator. |

Sarjit Singh GillSarjit Singh Gill, SC is Senior Counsel and Head of the Litigation, Insolvency and Restructuring practices of Shook Lin & Bok. He has been a partner at Shook Lin & Bok since 1984. He obtained an LLB (Hons) from the University of Singapore in 1976 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1977. In June 2003, he was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales. He is regularly named as a Leading Lawyer in Singapore in publications such as IFLR 1000 He served as Chairman of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association's Insolvency Committee from 2007 to 2008 and was Vice-Chairman from 1998-2005. He is the only Singapore member of the International Insolvency Institute (since 2004) and has also been the Singapore correspondent for the Receivers, Administrators and Liquidators' Quarterly since 1994. In 1999, he served as the Singapore consultant to the Asian Development Bank for its Symposium on Insolvency Law Reform in Asia. |
