Prior to establishing the firm, Melli was as an international partner with a global firm active in Indonesia. Melli Darsa is qualified in the Republic of Indonesia and New York State.

Melli has written many articles on various legal issues as published in Tempo magazine, Bisnis Indonesia and Kompas. She is also chairman of one of the committee at the Indonesian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, and currently is the Vice Chairman of Education Department of Capital Market Legal Consultant Association.

Martin is based in Singapore and Hong Kong, dividing his time between each. He has lived in Hong Kong and Singapore for over 16 years and is one of the few finance lawyers to have advised clients through a full market cycle: he advised banks and sponsors during the boom in the early 90s and then during and post economic crash of 1997 in Asia. He has consistently been acknowledged by leading publications and clients as a leader in finance and projects. Martin's geographic expertise covers Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Malaysia, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Singapore.

Mr. DeSombre is recognized as one of the preeminent M&A and private equity lawyers in the world by publications such as Chambers Global, IFLR, Asia Law and Practice and Euromoney. Mr.DeSombre focuses on public and private merger & acquisition transactions, private equity, leveraged buyouts and direct investments across Asia. He has significant experience in acquisitions of financial institutions (banks, brokerages, insurance companies, fund managers, etc.) natural resource companies(coal, oil, LNG, etc.) and consumer products (beer, hair care, etc.). Recently, Mr. DeSombre represented Anheuser Busch Inbev on its US$1.8 billion disposition of Oriental Brewery in the largest leveraged buyout transaction in Asia since the financial crisis and Goldman Sachs on its US$3.8 billion investment, and partial disposal of a US$1.9 billion stake, in ICBC, the largest bank in China. Mr. DeSombre is a frequent author and speaker on current events and legal developments related to mergers & acquisitions.

Julia has advised on numerous transactions involving investment and acquisition of uranium interests by Australian corporations, foreign government controlled entities and foreign private corporations from countries such as France, China, India and Japan.

Julia is a member of the International Nuclear Law Association and attended the International School of Nuclear Course in 2007.

She is familiar with European regulations relating to climate change (European Programs on Climate Change, Emissions Trading Scheme mechanism, 2008 European energy and climate directives) and she will attend the Copenhagen Conference in December 2009 as an observer.

Academic experience and conferences
Anne handles training programs for managers and executives in the prevention of legal risk. She is a speaker at the International Committee of the Paris Bar. She also taught civil procedure at the Paris Bar School.
